The view from the rooms was really good, and the cultural program in the evening was entertaining. the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, making check-in and breakfast very smooth processes.

The hotel has a good location with easy access to the city center. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the cultural program that was organized by the hotel in the evening, which was entertaining and gave us a glimpse into local culture.
The room was quite cold and there was no heater. The thin blankets provided were not warm enough and we struggled to stay comfortable during the night.

the rooms have a stunning view of the surroundings, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. the service provided by the staff members was highly efficient and friendly. Not to mention, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and served hygienically. the cultural program in the evening was enjoyable and added value to our experience.
It's unfortunate that there was some construction work in progress at the hotel, which disturbed the view and brought certain inconveniences.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from our room was amazing and the hotel staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even provided us with a bed to sleep in when we arrived at 5 am. The check-in process was smooth and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. We also enjoyed the cultural program that the hotel organized in the evening. we had a great experience at this hotel.
